1996 and 2000 Green Party Veep Candidate not Endorsing Jill Stein

In an interview on the Brian Lehrer show, Winona LaDuke, who ran with Ralph Nader as candidate for vice president on the Green Party ticket in 1996 and 2000, declared she was “not endorsing, but I sure don’t want Trump in, let’s put it that way.” She added, “I’m hoping that if Hillary is elected she’ll start doing the right thing.” In response to a question about Hillary Clinton’s “get a life” quip about radical environmentalists, she said that Clinton herself should “get a life and understand what’s happening in the world.”
